WE PROCESS BALSA WOOD

Primary Processing

From our forests, the wood is sawn and transported in logs to the processing plant, where it is re-sawn and sorted by density before entering the drying chambers for stabilization and treatment.

Machining

The dried and treated blocks are selected for various processes such as resawing, planing, molding, and cutting into sheets and profiles.

Finishing

Once sheets and profiles are obtained, they undergo sanding and calibration using high-precision machinery to ensure an excellent surface finish.

Stock

The finished materials go through strict quality control. After selection, the materials are labeled by reference, packaged, and stored in our warehouse, ready to be shipped to our clients.
